Cancellation Rules
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee
- No-show bookings (when the customer does not arrive at pickup time) will be charged in full
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time through the original payment method
For cancellations or changes, customers are requested to contact our support team as early as possible.
